Here's a little about BJ & Toni:   BJ Lardizabal is originally from Arkansas, but has lived in Broken Arrow for over twenty years. She considers Broken Arrow one of the best cities to live in! BJ has two daughters: Toni, 29, and Kasey, 25. Toni is BJ's Real Estate Assistant & Marketing Director, and Kasey works for State Farm Insurance Company.  You could call BJ an entrepreneur.  She has owned several businesses such as "BJ's Place," a craft store, and "Tea For Two" tea room.  In BJ's first year of Real Estate, she sold over 1 Million Dollars in Residential Real Estate. That sales achievement earned her the honor of being "Rookie of the Year" for 2001.  BJ was also named "Team Player of the Year" for 2001 and 2008. 

Toni Keltner is 29-years old and is the oldest daughter of BJ's. She has been in Real Estate 9 years and has been BJ's Real Estate Assistant for 7 years.   Toni has lived in Broken Arrow all of her life, and is a graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center. Toni and her husband, Andrew, were married on February 14th, 2003.
